Important User Information
The Company's educational resources have been carefully compiled by the officers of the Company having extensive experience of children in their 'early years'. Each bin containing the Goods has been researched at length and trialed extensively before being made available for sale. Wherever possible the resources used are classified and purchased as 'toys' and are wholly appropriate for children's play and learning. However, through its teaching experience, the Company acknowledges that in order to maximize learning, an accurate reproduction of situations and authenticity is essential for effective role play. To ensure this it has been necessary to include some items that will require adult supervision during play. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all adults directly responsible for, and involved in, the use of the Goods must be aware that they may are classified by the Company as an 'educational resource' and may contain items requiring discretionary and appropriate use by the Buyer according to the age of the children.
Whilst the Company takes every precaution to ensure the safety and welfare of the end-users of the Goods, the Buyer agrees to hold the Company harmless from all liability in relation to the decision as to the correct age and/or stage of the children using the Goods within the classroom and agrees that the adults responsible for the children will use their discretion and supervise or withhold accordingly the Goods provided if they are not appropriate to the age of the children. Should there be any aspect of the Goods that causes concern in relation to age appropriateness the Buyer should remove the item from the Goods and contact the Company immediately for advice.
